Symposium EC Directive proposal consumer rights

UvA-hoogleraren evalueren handelen DNB inzake Icesave
UvA-hoogleraren Adrienne de Moor-van Vugt en Edgar du Perron voerden in opdracht van de minister van Financiën een evaluatie uit naar de gang van zaken rondom Icesave. Zij concluderen onder andere dat het DNB niet was toegestaan te waarschuwen voor de situatie bij Landsbanki/Icesave.
