Oxford Reports on International Law in Domestic Courts

The project responds to the increasing relevance of national courts in the international legal order and the need to provide access to important decisions across the world.

The main elements of the project are:
- Online publishing of world-wide national case law which is of interest for international law;
- Full translation into English of the most significant cases; English abstracts of other cases with full text in the original language;
- Short annotations for all cases explaining their context and
relevance.

The publication will distinguish itself from comparable other publications by its wider geographical coverage, quick online publication and high quality annotations that put cases in context.

The Oxford Reports were developed in close collaboration with the Pionier Project on Interactions between International Law and National Law. The editors will be AndrĂ© Nollkaemper and Erika de Wet (Editors-in-chief), Eyal Benvenisti, Dan Bodansky, Christof Heyns,  August Reinisch and  Sienho Yee. The Managing Editor is Edda Kristjansdottir, who is based at the ACIL.
