The Compound Constitution(s) in Europe

The research programme on Compound Constitution(s) in Europe seeks to contribute to the academic and policy debate on the evolution of constitutionalisation processes in Europe and its focus is on mapping and understanding the constitutional (political, legal, and economic) evolution that has taken place under the auspices of the European Union. This includes placing this evolution in the context of the proximate constitutional orders of the EU Member States as well as that of public international law.
